Design Your Own Box

With a HomeFresh Set Box you can design a box which best suits your tastes and needs. Although our fruit and vegetables are subject to change due to seasons, price and availability, you can expect to receive approximately 15-17 different varieties of fruits and vegetables in your box.

If there are particular fruit and vegetables that you want to receive each week, or that you never want to receive, or you have preferences then you can let us know by filling out the attached 'Available Produce' list and faxing it to us. We can then ensure that your order is adjusted accordingly.

This sheet is used as a reference list for our packers so they are aware of what items you do or don't wish to see in your box.

You can also change your order from week to week via fax, phone or email.

**All changes and cancellations of your Set Box order must be received by 4pm 2 business days before your delivery is due.

Add Extra Items to Your Order

You can add extra items to your order. We offer a range of other products, for example, dairy, eggs, juice etc, that you can also add on to your set-box order. You can browse a full list of our products here and then place your order by phone, fax or email.

**Please Note**
Additional items only qualify for free delivery if they accompany a fruit and vegetable box delivery. Unfortunately we can not offer free delivery for additional items by themselves unless you are placing a dedicated internet order (this involves a delivery fee of $7.70).

If you are interested in our dairy products and are unlikely to be home when we deliver then its a good idea to make sure an esky is left out for us to place your dairy products into. Heat sensitive products like dairy usually battles to withstand the Queensland heat if left out for an extended period.

We offer a 100% GUARANTEE on all our produce, so if the quality of the items you receive doesn't meet your standards then please contact us and we will credit your account for the cost of the unacceptable items.
