How do I start shopping online with HomeFresh?

Do I need to register with HomeFresh to place an order?
Yes, you will need to register with us to complete your order. This makes it faster when you shop next time because we will have all your details and you can take advantage of our 'saved cart' feature to really speed up the time it takes you to order. Register here
You can register before you start building your shopping cart or once you are ready to finalise your order. If you choose the latter option all your purchases will remain in the shopping cart until you are ready to check out.
I'm a box delivery customer, can I add extra products to my order?
Yes, you can. Just browse our online shop and then contact us via email or phone to add to your order. Your box and extra items will be delivered on your regular delivery day.

Box Delivery Customers
We have two box sizes available in both our conventional and organic produce - (small and large - conv. and medium and large - org). Core produce that is available all year round is purchased on a weekly basis for example; potato, pumpkin, carrot, apple, banana etc... From here, the rest of our stock is tailored around season, availability, quality and price. Our aim is to purchase produce when it is in season, becuase this is when it is at it's most reasonable price, thus giving you more value for money.
Our main objective is to provide a service that allows you the convenience of not having to battle supermarket crowds after a hard strenuous day. You can tailor your box to your own needs, and only get produce that suits your family diet.
Our drivers will place your box in a shady area near the front door however, for peace of mind you can request other areas around your house for us to leave your goods. We do cater for alternative delivery destinations, if delivery to your home is not suitable.
The other products we offer eg, dairy, eggs, juice etc; are only available for purchase if a fruit and vegetable box is being delivered to your address, unfortunately we can not deliver individual items by themselves. If you are interested in our dairy products, we do encourage an esky be left out. As an unhomogenised product, the dairy sometimes battles to withstand the Queensland heat if left in direct sunlight.

Invoices and Cut off Times
Tax Invoices will always be in your box. If you have special requests you will notice that they will be listed on your invoice. When we are packing your fruit box, your invoice acts as a packing slip so we are aware of what items you would and would not prefer in your box. It is important to remember that just because an item may have a yes next to it does not mean it will be in your box, this is because we do not purchase every item every week. The itemised list is what you would like in your box and pending we have purchased that stock for the week will depend on whether you will get the item or not. We do try to meet as many of your requests as possible however we can not guarantee that we can meet them all.
You can cancel or alter your order as many times as you would like just as long as they are done 2 days proir to your delivery. Cancellations after this time will incur a $12 cancellation fee.

Payment Options and Late Fees
Homefresh Organics’ invoices can be paid in many ways. Our account are to be paid on or before delivery, a 10% late fee will be applied to any overdue invoices.
Post
You can post a money order or cheque to us. We ask the cheques be made out to Homefresh Organics and that your address is on the back so we can allocate your payment without any trouble.
Internet Banking
Money can be transferred directly into our account either by an internet transfer or by going into a Suncorp Metway branch. We do ask with these forms of payment that you put either your full name, address or invoice number in the description / reference section when processing these payments. This allows us to track the payment without any hassle. If a general description is used liked fruit and vege or Homefresh, we will not be able to track where the payment has come from.
Credit Cards
Over the phone payments can be made.
