Product Description: It took ten year of planning, but finally we have our very own butter churned in Camperdown, Western Victoria. Our butter is unusually sweet and yellow in colour due to the fresh cream used to produce it. We separate cream on the day milk is received, crystalise according to tradition, then gently churn and shape into pats to create a highly distinctive butter. Ours is the only organic butter in Australia made year round on a commercial scale from milk sourced directly off our own farms.
