They’re also a super source of protein and fatty acids.  Organic Activated Almonds are raw almonds, which have been soaked or “sprouted” to release their enzyme inhibitors. They are then dehydrated at a low temperature. This makes the absorption of nutrients more accessible and aids in their digestion.  Their flavour and texture is similar to roasted almonds.
