Product Description: This Easy-Gest Sourdough is made by combining unique leavening processes with a technology developed by Biohawk. This technology digests the gluten proteins at every stage of the bread making. These products are not 'gluten free' as they are based on wheat, however, people sensitive to gluten enjoy eating this without detectable symptoms.
