Product Description: The Organic eggplant is closely related to the tomato and capsicum. They are a large pear shaped vegetable, averaging 20cm in length, with a glossy purple skin and firm white flesh. It contains many fine seeds, has a green stem and leaves and is botanically a fruit.

Uses- Organic Eggplant may be sliced and fried, baked, boiled, steamed or grilled. Organic Eggplant is very good when stuffed with meat or sauteed in olive oil and cooked with plenty of tomato paste. Organic Eggplant can be baked, scalloped and topped with cheese, creamed mushroom or sour cream. Incorporate eggplant into salads and dips.
