Serving suggestions
Serve up some roasted macadamias in a bowl and a platter of olive bruschetta with caramelised onion crackers and cabernet paste with a glass of Strawberry & Mint cordial and your guests will feel instantly at ease.
Follow it up with a green salad with your own dressing (combine Macadamia Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, sea salt, garlic, black pepper and a dash of mustard and all your guests will be asking for the recipe!) and some sliced ham accompanied by seeded mustard, avocado mustard and eggplant and chili chutney and you have a meal that's easy, fresh and interesting.
An easy dessert to follow involves soaking the dried cranberries in your favourite beverage and mixing them through some slighly melted vanilla ice cream. Once mixed through, place back in the freezer to set. Serve in glass tumblers.
