Their aim is to produce a unique and memorable Arabica coffee.
To achieve this they adhere to the tradional methods of coffee growing and processing which only a boutique estate can try to achieve.
At Ewingsdale Coffee Estate, we hand pick and sun ry our coffee and mature it in its parchment for at least twelve months to achieve maxium flavour. They grow thier coffee without the use of pesticides.
