Chicken Pasta Bake
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    1 jar of Chef’s Choice Napoletana pasta sauce

    2 chicken breasts, diced

    2-3 cups of penne pasta (depending on how pasta-ery you like yours)

    Shredded cheese

  1. Cook chicken in a pan on medium heat and remove from stovetop once cooked.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente, then strain well.
  3. In a baking dish, add the cooked chicken, pasta and sauce and stir, adding in cheese to taste.
  4. Once combined, top with more shredded cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until top is melted and golden.
  5. Allow to cool and set for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
