1 cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons boiling water 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup 85% light flour 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 teaspoons carb soda 1 tablespoon golden syrup
Mix oats, flour, sugar and coconut. Melt butter and syrup. Mix soda with boiling water, add to melted butter and syrup. Add to dry ingredients. Place teaspoonsful onto greased tray. Cook in slow oven for 30 minutes.
