The different coloured capsicums vary in flavour, the greens ones being the sharpest and the yellow the sweetest.
Organic Capsicum Green can be eaten in many ways; the most popular are sliced in stir fries, stuffed or grilled, to remove the skin, and marinated in garlic and olive oil.
