Product Description: Cherries are a member of the rose family. They are known as a drupe that is a fleshy, one seeded fruit with a spherical hape. They are approximately 2cm in diameterand have a deep red/burgundy, edible skin. The flesh can range in colour from pink to burgundy.

Calcium content adds up to 17.6 mg, with 0.5 mg of iron. The magnesium level measures 12.9 mg, while the potassium soars to 262 mg. Cherries contain the trace amount of 0.1 mg of zinc.
