I have placed an order with HomeFresh Organics and shall abide by these terms and condition set here forth.
For all deliveries from HomeFresh Organics, excluding ongoing Custom Box deliveries and extras coming with a Custom Box delivery, will be subject to a $7.70 delivery fee. This will be charged in the final stage at the checkout. This charge is clearly stated in the checkout before you finalise your order. By putting your payment details in to finalise your order, you are agreeing to pay this $7.70 delivery fee.
If I do not wish to continue with this service, I must cancel in writing to HomeFresh Organics via email to be received more than 2 business days prior to my next scheduled delivery date, otherwise HomeFresh Organics will continue to deliver my order every week or fortnight until that written cancellation request is received.
In your email you must state:
a. Your full name and delivery address, as per your account with HomeFresh Organics.
b. Your notification of cancellation and what date this is to take effect.
HomeFresh Organics shall then be obligated to terminate all direct debits and cease all deliveries pertaining to that customer.
PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM BOXES
I/We acknowledge and/or authorise:
All payments for deliveries will be processed one day prior to delivery. This is the day following the cut off time for orders.
It is my/our responsibility to have sufficient funds available in my/our account, failing which; I/we will incur a failed payment fee of $3.00 for each unsuccessful debit to my account. This fee is in addition to any fees charged by my/our financial institution for any unsuccessful debits. Note: You will be given two days notice before we act.
HomeFresh Organics may vary the frequency, amount and date of payments from time to time in strict accordance with monies owed to HomeFresh Organics.
I/we understand that a delay may occur in the processing of a direct debit if:
a. There is a public or bank holiday on the day, or on the day after a payment is due to be made by direct entry
b. A payment is received or entered after the close of a business day.

It is my/our responsibility to inform HomeFresh Organics of any changes to my account or contact details (by phone or email).
I/we are liable for any collection fees incurred by HomeFresh Organics including but not limited to any legal costs and/or the commission of a collection agent appointed by HomeFresh Organics for the purpose of recovering any unsuccessful debit payments.
All information collected by HomeFresh Organics is kept private and confidential by eWAY Payments Pty Ltd.
We deal with large amounts of fresh produce. If there is an item you are unhappy about, HomeFresh Organics are happy to replace or apply a 'credit' to your account for that item. A 'credit' allows you to pick an extra item when making your next set of customisations.
Our delivery areas continue to grow and change. Note that there are some regions that might be more susceptible to delivery day changes. If you have enquiries about an area not listed, please contact us. If you live outside southeast Queensland, please contact us.
Public holiday delivery days will change at our discretion. All deliveries are transported in air-conditioned vans. We don’t use refrigerated vans or trucks. We do use courier services for some of our deliveries outside our range or in times of need.
Our standard grocery delivery fee is $9.90. The Custom Box service delivery fee is $4.95. This is the current price as of January 2022, any older sales or marketing materials marked differently (printed or digital) are invalid.
As of January 2022, we have a free delivery offer exclusive to our custom box service. An individual’s total order must exceed more than $100.00 (including custom box and groceries) to receive this free delivery offer.
EXCHANGES AND WRONG DELIVERIES
If you received the wrong items or someone else’s delivery, please contact us. We will arrange to pick up and/or swap any wrong items.
GEL PACK POLICY
HomeFresh Organics will offer you a 75% refund on the purchase price of our own branded gel packs. We do recycle, clean and reuse the gel packs whenever possible.
To be eligible for the refund:
- They must be HomeFresh Organics branded gel packs.
- The must returned in store at HomeFresh Organics (19 Staple Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks).
- They must be in a clean usable condition, not damaged or leaking.
We will accept and recycle other (non HomeFresh Organics branded) gel packs but we are unable to refund you for those.
As we will continue to supply a limited number of free gel packs with your cold item purchases, our drivers can still pick these up for you. If you leave them in your box out front (or in your specified delivery spot) they will take both or we can arrange someone to collect them. We cannot refund you for driver pick-ups.
All competition winners must live in South East Queensland & delivery address must be within the HomeFresh Organics delivery driver service area. Before entering any HomeFresh Organics competitions please be sure to check on the delivery page if we deliver to your area.
