Certified OrganicOur boxes include only 100% certified organic fruits and vegetables! The farms we support are all certifed and have a certification number. Everything packed into your box can be traced back to the grower. We go to great lengths to ensure that you’re getting the best available.
DeliveryCustom box delivery fee is $4.95 or FREE if you spend over $100.00. Make sure to check our delivery areas before you order. We will put your delivery onto the day our drivers are in your suburb. All our delivery days are listed here. If you can't find your suburb, email our team info@homefreshorganics.com.au.
3PM Cut OffYou have until 3PM two days prior to your delivery to customise. If you do not log in and customise, you will recieve a box consisting of the 10 items in the set list.Cut off days for custom box orders are:Tuesday Delivery = Sundays, 3PM.Wednesday Delivery = Mondays, 3PM.Thursday Delivery = Tuesdays, 3PM.Friday Delivery = Wednesdays, 3PM.
CancelationsOur delivery service is an ongoing weekly or fortnightly delivery. However you can pause your order or cancel without penelaties so long as it's before your 3PM cut off (see above). Orders can not be stopped once the cut off time has passed.
CustomiseWe understand that everyone has different tastes, needs and diets. Your Custom Box let's you pick what you want delivered each week! A new list of produce is updated every Thursday with an email reminder sent out to all customers.
SeasonalWe encourage our customers to eat with the seasons. Our custom boxes contain only those organic fruits and vegetables that are readily available during the seasons.
