Delivery Fees
All shipping on grocery orders is $9.90, Custom Box deliveries ar $4.95 (including groceries added), and free with custom box order over $100 (including the total value of the box and groceries).

Custom Boxes
We will move all Custom Box deliveries to your delivery day listed below before activating it ready for customisation.
If you are ordering items from our shop to arrive on a day our drivers are not in your area, we will use a courier service which may delay your orders arrival. Any such orders for Friday will not be sent until the following week! Our staff will contact you to arrange a new delivery day.

No Interstate Deliveries
Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver interstate or to the Sunshine Coast (or beyond). Due to a few logistic issues, we have made the decision to keep our HomeFresh Organics delivery service local at this time. If this is to change we will post it here. For those interstate customers who live in NSW, our sister company Market Organics shop.marketorganics.com.au currently does deliver to limited areas around Sydney.
If we receive an order for customers outside our delivery zones (see list below) then we will get in contact with you and make sure your order is given a full refund. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. If you have any questions or do not see your suburb listed below, please contact us and we will help find the best and fastest solution to your delivery.
