Product Description: Iceberg lettuce is actually a variety of crisphead lettuce (the other type of head lettuce is butterhead). It comes in round, tightly packed heads with large, pale leaves that can be fairly succulent, though bland in flavor.

It may be brasied and it makes a good soup when combined with a broth and spices.Lettuce leave can also be filled with cheese, ham and other salads and can be rolled up as snacks.
