OUR DELIVERY’S
Your discount is taken off the full cost of the custom box itself. This does not include the delivery fee. You will be charged $4.95 per box delivery. If you spend over $100 on groceries with your box (including the original value of the box) the delivery will be free!
After placing your first order, our team will review it before activating your box. It's at this time you can log in and customise the box from our list. You will be personally contacted by our team (either by email or phone) and set up on a delivery day with one of our own experienced delivery drivers. If this is not possible, we will let you know that the delivery will be made by a courier company.
SEASONAL PRODUCE
All of our custom boxes are filled with 100% certified organic and seasonal produce! The variety of produce in our boxes does depend on the seasons and what is abundant. To see what produce is available this week, visit our custom box pages here.
NO CONTRACTS
This offer is for an ongoing delivery service. Customers are not locked into a contract and can choose to leave or put a delivery on hold at any time. We work closely with our customers and are very flexible when it comes to accommodating different needs and situations.
MORE ABOUT THE SERVICE
This deal is available to new customers only. Our custom boxes are delivered on a weekly or fortnightly basis and are ongoing. Payments will be manually processed the day before each box delivery. In registering for a box, you are agreeing to receive a recurring delivery from us. Orders can be paused or upgraded at any time by contacting our Customer Service Team.
