Custom Box Update

Dear Valued HomeFresh Organics Customer,

In the New Year, things will be changing a little here at HomeFresh Organics!

After a challenging couple of years navigating the various hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic, our small business will be making a couple of changes to ensure we can provide our wonderful service for years to come. As a loyal customer of ours, we ask that you please note that our prices will be adjusted in the new year, effective as of our re-opening in January. As depicted below, the price of our ongoing custom boxes will be raised, in addition to a new delivery fee on all orders under $100. An official date for this changeover will be provided in coming weeks.

As a small, family-run business, this has not been an easy decision for us to make. While we have done our best to absorb rising costs in the past, the inflated price of our raw inputs – including fuel, labour and fresh, wholesale produce – has become too significant. Many of our wonderful local farmers having been doing it tough this year, forcing the price of our certified organic fruit and veg to new highs, and therefore we must adjust accordingly.

We understand that this new price change will affect our customers in varying ways. As always, we appreciate your ongoing commitment and support, and hope that you can find a little extra room in the budget to accommodate these new changes.
