This unique & exquisite fish stock is made from Dink & Gold Ban Snapper, fished off the coast of Western Australia.
The fish are sustainable harvested from areas including: Exmouth, the Abrolhos Islands and the World Heritage Listed Shark Bay. Line caught & fished within quota regulations, the fish are filleted with the bones slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables & reduced to concentrate the flavour.
