To prepare your tempeh, just slice it up, add a splash of your favourite seasonings or marinade, then fry, grill, bake or steam it, and use as you would any other protein, in your stir frys, burgers, curries, tortillas, salads, wraps, or even as a tasty addition to a protein packed, healthful breakfast!
