A light blend of Melinda’s signature flour, real dried & crushed blueberries and lemons and sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia (low sugar).
Customers add in milk, butter and eggs (or substitutes). Lovely with a couple of fresh or frozen blueberries added to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes.
