Product Description: Made using our GOOD FAT™ Mayo as a base, our CHILLI MAYO has the same great texture and flavour but with a kick of Australian Chilli and a hint of garlic. It also has the same entirely clean label with its main ingredients being Olive Oil, Free Range Eggs, Fresh Australian Chilli and Australian Garlic.

Ingredients: AOOA Certified 100% olive oil from Spain, Australian free range whole eggs, Australian extra virgin olive oil, Australian chilli, water, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, Australian garlic, tapioca starch, mustard powder, Olsson’s 100% sea salt, rosemary extract
Please note: As olive oil has a large droplet size, our mayonnaise may separate at extremely high and low temperatures. To re-emulsify simply stir rapidly or give it a shake.
