Cauliflower, Millet & Miso Soup

Cooking Time: 35mins
Ingredients
    1 cup hulled millet
    1 head cauliflower; broken into large pieces
    1/2 cup white miso
    3 large carrots; diced
    1 onion; diced
Method
Place cauliflower in a medium pot of water with onion and carrots. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add millet and cook for further 10 minutes.
Uncover, add miso, stir and cook 5 minutes.
Miso is a seasoning made from fermented soy beans. It is a deliciously salty paste and is popular in Japanese cuisine.
