Product Description: Niulife's Creamed Coconut is a jar containing only organic whole coconut flesh in a concentrated form. The white coconut flesh is dried to remove the water and then ground in to a smooth and fine paste (or butter). It has a smooth and creamy consistency with a fat content of 70%, making it a rich source of coconut oil. Use to stir through curries, mix with water for a creamy coconut milk drink, add to coffee or chocolate drinks as a non-dairy creamer, put in smoothies and more. Due to its low moisture content, it can also be mixed in to batter or dough for breads and pastries. Thicken and enhance the flavour of curries and soups, blend in to smoothies, mix with melted chocolate.
