Put 2 cups of almonds into an oven safe pan or dish. Now add in your Herbamare Spicy, maple syrup and avocado oil and mix it all together. You won’t need to add salt as there is sea salt in the Herbamare mix.
Preheat your oven to 300° then add you tray. Stir occasionally until the liquid evaporates and almonds are golden brown under the skin break open to test). This should take 40 minutes to bake.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving. You can store these in a container for up to 5 days.
If you don’t like your roasted almonds spicy then go for the Herbamare original.
To really mix it up, you can try adding walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans. Experiment a little. My Organics also have their Mixed Nuts on sale, I haven’t tried this with those but if I do I will update this to let you know how it goes.
