Product Description: Kombucha beer? Buchi has hopped -up the traditional kombucha recipe to bring you a cultured, delicious, nutritious, guilt -free, alchol -free beer. We use NZ grown organic hops flowers (Instead of the usual blend of tea) and ferment them with a symbiotic Colony of bacteria and yeast (Commonly called a SCOBY or Mother) to create a caffeine and gluten -free Kombucha beer.
